Connected by you
These are your own accounts. Nothing reaches them unless you connect them, and you can disconnect them at any time. Each one's own privacy policy covers where it stores your information.

Accounts you connect aren't our sub-processors
You connect the providers in the third table to your own account, and you can disconnect them yourself at any time. We don't appoint them on your behalf, so they aren't our sub-processors, and adding a new one doesn't require the notice described below. We list them so you can see everywhere your information can go.
When this list changes
We add and replace providers as Email Studio grows. If you have a Data Processing Agreement with us, we'll email you at least 10 days before a new sub-processor starts handling material you've uploaded. If you object on reasonable data-protection grounds in that time, contact us and we'll try to resolve it. If we can't, you can cancel your subscription.
Where your information goes
We're based in the United States, and Email Studio is hosted there. If you're in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. We don't currently offer storage inside the UK or EEA. If you need a Data Processing Agreement, contact us.
AI and your content
Neither of our AI providers trains its models on your content. Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, which cover how we use their service, state that "Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services." Groq states that it never uses customer data for training and doesn't keep your voice notes by default. We don't use your content to train any model.
What isn't on this list
Email Studio uses no analytics, advertising, tracking or session-recording tools. It sets only the cookies it needs to keep you logged in. When you connect an email platform, the app reads email-level statistics only. It never reads, receives or stores your subscriber list, your subscribers' names or their email addresses.
